LeBron Raymone James Sr. is an American professional basketball player that plays with the Los Angeles Lakers in the National Basketball Association. King James has been widely considered to be among the most notable players in basketball. Michael Jordan is usually the subject of debates about which is the most outstanding player. James has won four NBA Championships, the four NBA MVP Awards, the four NBA Finals MVP Awards and three All-Star MVP Awards. He also has two Olympic Gold Medals. James is second in highest number of career goals, and the seventh-highest assists. James has been chosen as an NBA All Star 18 times. James is a member of 18 NBA All-Stars and 18 All-NBA Teams, and five NBA All-Defensive First Team selections. James has played in 10 NBA Finals the third most all time including eight consecutively between 2011 and the year 2018. In 2021 James was selected to make the NBA 75th Anniversary Team, and in 2022 he became the first athlete in NBA history to rack up 10,000 points or more in a career in rebounds and assists. James was a basketball player for St. Vincent St. Mary High School in Akron in Ohio. The school was recognized by the national press as the future NBA superstar. He was a pro-prep player and was the first selection by the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Draft of 2003. After being named 2004 NBA Rookie Of The Year, he quickly became a top player within the NBA winning the NBA's MVP Award both in 2009 and 2010 James joined Miami Heat in 2010 when he became a Free Agent after not achieving the title with Cleveland.
