Black Market does not have a single direction, and this is its intention. The menu could start with potato chips dill Shishito chilies, and proceed to an Korean chicken dish, meatballs and wings. What anchors this bold variety of tastes is Antonia. In her long career Lofaso has judged her accomplishment through her ability to connect with her viewers and remain in line with her personal style. She has been a part of many television shows, such as Top Chef Chicago, Top Chef: All Stars and Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child on The Food Network and ABC's Real O'neals. Her talents continue to be recognized as a judge for CNBC's Restaurant Startup. Lofaso teamed up together with Penguin in 2012 to publish The Busy Mother's Cookbook 100 Recipes to prepare Delicious Home-cooked Meals. This book also contains her personal story of the challenges she encountered while going to her first French Culinary Institute and raising her daughter Xea.
